A St. Louis County Health Department certificate (if selling food)
A Farmers Market License listing WGFM as your location

-
$25 per market for Young Entrepreneurs (kids & teens)
-
$65–$75 for Night Markets (varies by date)
-
There is no fee to apply.
-
Payment due within 7 days of being offered a market spot.
What are the booth requirements?
10' x 10' tent
Tent must have NFPA-701 fireproof certification (check your tag)
Tent weights
Fire extinguisher
Tables, chairs, displays, and full setup must be provided by the vendor
We also recommend bringing chairs, fans on hot days, and anything to elevate your booth experience!
Is there a cancellation policy?
This is a rain or shine event and will only be cancelled for extreme weather. If you need to cancel for your own reasons, we require 7 days notice. This allows another vendor a chance to be moved off of the waitlist.
We understand that there are some situations that cannot be planned for and last minute cancellations might happen. In these cases, we have a 3-strike policy. If you have to cancel last-minute 3 times, you will not be invited back.
When will I get my setup info?
Layout and load-in/load-out info will be emailed to you 2–3 days prior to each market, along with your point of contact.
Are there vendor restrooms?
Oakwood/Amy’s: Yes—vendors may use the restrooms inside Oakwood Salon, Amy’s Cake Pop Shop, and First House.
Maypop: Yes! Maypop has two restrooms available for customer & vendor use, and both are handicap accessible.
Is there a marketing requirement?
We believe in the power of community promotion. Please post to your socials and/or email list at least once in the week leading up to your market date (more is welcome!). Be sure to tag us @wg_farmers_market on Instagram.
We're working on graphics for vendors to use, but until then—feel free to get creative with your own content!
