We’re so glad you’re interested in joining the Webster Groves Farmers Market! This community-focused market is already in full swing, and we’re excited to keep growing with vendors like you. We host a variety of markets throughout the year, from our bustling daytime events to laid-back night markets. Each one offers a unique opportunity to connect with the community and showcase your work.
Intro to the Markets
Our markets run every other Sunday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, at:
Maypop Coffee & Garden Shop (803 Marshall Ave)
The market located at Oakwood Salon & Aesthetics (7987 Big Bend Blvd) and Amy’s Cake Pop Shop (7967 Big Bend Blvd) not returning for the 2026 season.
The Details
Vendor Eligibility
The Maypop Market has limited space and is only accepting food-related vendors at this time.
St. Louis County does not recognize cottage law, so all consumable products must be made in a commercial or commissary kitchen. Home-prepared items are not permitted.
Vendor Fees
-Vendor fee: $45 per market
-Young Entrepreneurs (kids and teens): $25 per market
*There is no fee to apply.
Booth Requirements
-Booth size: 10' x 10'
-Tent with NFPA-701 fireproof certification (check the tag on your tent)
-Tent weights
-Fire extinguisher
-Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, tents, and any additional setup items
